Rilo Kiley have figured out a way to release a promotional clip for their upcoming archival swan song, rkives, without getting Jenny and Blake in the same room: check out the video for “Let Me Back In,” which has fittingly been culled from archival/rkival footage of the band on the road over the years. The mix of classic footage combined with the wistful nature of the song will no doubt be a nostalgic gut-check for the band’s fanbase, few of whom are fully prepared to bid them farewell. If you really want a good sob, follow this by watching the final scene from the final episode of Weeds, which was set to the entirety of RK’s “With Arms Outstretched.” Our lost youth, let us weep for it!
