What manner of sorcery produced Nicole Richie? I really don’t understand how she could be a mere mortal. My tendency has certainly always been to dismiss her due to the circumstances of her rise to fame, but goddamn if she doesn’t win me over with her unfailingly quick bone-dry wit and generally immaculate presentation (and it doesn’t hurt that she’s put a very firm and inflexible barrier between her past and her present).
But what fun is an immaculate presentation if you can’t fuck with it a bit? To that end, Nicole invited RuPaul onto her web series, #CandidlyNicole, to drag her up a bit. The two are hilarious together, of course, but really the whole thing is just a ruse to prove that Nicole will look utterly flawless no matter how many garish sequins you pile onto her tiny frame.
