It is so frustrating as a writer to hunt desperately for unexpected new adjectives to describe Zooey Deschanel and still only come up with “adorable.” Oh well. At least I’m not perpetuating that “adorkable” business. Anyway! This is the delightful first official music video from She & Him’s pretty awesome and even Pitchfork-approved new album, Vol. 3. It’s called “I Could’ve Been Your Girl,” and in addition to showcasing a lovely tune, it also spotlights Deschanel’s newfound comfort and ease with physical comedy following two seasons of New Girl.
